Clients begin by submitting a quote request with their basic information. Once the request is reviewed and approved, access to the client portal is granted.

Complete your portal questionnaire
Inside the portal, clients complete a detailed questionnaire so menus can be tailored exactly to their taste preferences, dietary needs, portion expectations, and household routines.

Request menus, add-ons, and review past meals
After onboarding, the portal can be used to request weekly menus, homemade add-ons like pickles or jams, and review what has already been made so future cooking stays aligned with each household's favorites.
